A H14 mast section is the same as the G-Cat 5.0 front spar and boom but the H21 and H18 booms are that rectangular tubing.

They're pretty comparible with the harken carbo blocks from what I can tell. I have some smaller nautos jib blocks that work really well.

Might look at Nautos blocks on ebay. Much cheaper thank harken and good quality from my experience so far.
