Weather helm and lee helm are generally caused by the position of the main sail mast relative to the center of the boat. Try adjusting your mast rake....

It has drain holes in the center of each section to prevent water from pooling.

That's a great solution to a common problem. My getaway is easier to get back on because the wing seats give you something to grab on to.
