To be honest i have had great luck with Whirlwind Sails out of CA. Chip Buck is a great sailmaker and is making my new self tacking jib right now.......

If Minneapolis is close for you I would look out for a supercat 15 or 17... Plenty of tramp space and large volume in the hulls.. and also is a booml...

i've double stacked a Super Cat 17 on a Super Cat 19 before.. ohh and i helped Dan triple stack the 14's.... it took 4 of us to get that last...

no... your talking almost 4 extra feet of mast and only 6" extra width... even more overpowered with the 33' versus the standard rig

best bet is to take the whole thing to a trailer company (or any fabrication shop)... they will have the know how and the tools to make what you want....
