Add some heat lamps of some kind to your drying process to help make sure it is dry.

I have a similar set of heavy white sails for my P18. Can't remember the maker but they might be the same.

you could get an H17. If it was me I'd solo the 18 but have to weight to be captain and crew.

Best example of how to identify it I know of.
