If I am reading this right you want to put a Prindle 18 rig on a Prindle 16.....? I say go for it.... I blieve this was done years ago from the loc...

Oh! One other thing.... if you do make the upgrade, change out your diamond wires from 1/8th inch to 5/32 inch..... Your mast will thank you later.
