I have P16 - take the rudder system off when you tow. The rudders bounce like crazy otherwise. It is easy to take em of and put em back on -easier ...

Yeah H16 and P16 hulls are nowhere near similar in my eyes - no real banana shape to Prindle 16. just my 2 cents

More rake on Hobie's reduces the pitch pole frequency, pulling the main sail force back away from the bows. MOre rake demands more rudder adjustment ...

Buy a continuos double trap from Murrays - I had the same on my H16 and it works great, one eye at the shackle and two coated trap wires
