Shroud Anchor Plate
Where do I get a duplicate of this. Faint lettering reads ILSE, but not sure that is complete. It's from the Marstrom
2 mm thick, 48 mm hole0 spacing, 22.5 mm (.885 ") wide , 150 mm (6 inches) long , 1/4" holes

I would try the place in the link that I added. Also that plate looks identical to the ones on my '76
sailcraft so I assume that it is somewhat of a standard piece. Maybe ask over on Tornadocat. Geoff
Dobbs might have some stashed away or someone may have a parts boat.

All the spot weld does is hold the two pieces together and in alignment before the plate is installed. Once you put the top screw in, the smaller plate isn't going anywhere and the spot weld really doesn't do anything. If it really worried you, you could make the new plate out of a single piece of stainless strip that is the same thickness as the doubled up part you're replacing.
With a little spare time and a few basic hand tools, you could make replacement anchor plates very easily.
