ports added to non-port p-16

I notice on the slo site an image of a p-16 with ports added.
Does anybody know what size ports they are and what the process is for adding them?

They are 4" curved ports added because he probably took the gudgeons off for painting the boat. When you do (don't ask me how I know) sometimes the aluminum backing plate falls to the hull bottom. Ports or a pumpkin lid cutout necessary to reach in & replace that plate. Murrays carries them & I probably have some old white ones. Pete

I wonder how well they work - I really want more access to the inside of my hulls - i think there is a ton of sand and bay grass stuck in them.
