I am going to a zipper luff jib and need to know the size and length of the jib halyard. It is not listed in the
manual. If anyone has a used one along with the s hook,
I would be interested in it.

From Salty Dog's catalog:
PRINDLE JIB HALYARD LINE WITH SISTER CLIPS $20.00
PRINDLE 16 MAIN HALYARD 3/32" (2.4mm) $46.00
PRINDLE 16 JIB HALYARD 1/8" (3.2mm) $41.40
My manual shows the halyard with sister clips. More confused than before.

If you had the old wire luff jib before, you will have to order a new upper forestay with ring and either cut down current forestay or order new forestay. Then you will need about 34' of 1/8 or 3/16 line with sister clips, S hook and halyard shackle. Pete

Hey Pete I knew you would give me the answer. I have all of the proper rigging for the zipper luff jib except the halyard and s hook.
