Hi, new to Nacra sailing. Picking up a 5.2. Its been in storage for years. Missing the Daggerboards and the headsail. Im assuming we might call that a jib as well? ( Im more of a big Cat cruiser 40-55' so Im used to Genoas) My friend wanted me to teach her to sail one so I thought we'd better start small. I like the racing design too and look forward to re-rigging her and shaping sails for performance etc (although it looks like I may have to put down my drink to do this;)
So, anyone know where I can find some used daggerboards and a decent headsail? I found some knew ones at Murrays? i think, for $230 each. Ouch, but if that's what it takes...,, Fairly handy, maybe build my own??

Welcome to beachcats, with that said good luck finding those boards.I'm always on the hunt for them,thats a out dated price from murrays more like double that!The good news is a 5.5 board will fit a 5.2,not all that much easier to find
build some and you;ll have plenty of buyers.plenty of jibs out there,good luck with the search
