As the title says,can anyone with a spin on a 5.8 tell how long the pole is

When I did do it I used a 12' pole.... In the end, and in my opinion, it was not worth money or time to do it...

I went with a boat that was designed from the start to have one... the hulls on the 5.8 do not have the inner support in the way of bulkheads and stringers to take on the additional stress of the bridle wires you're going to need to do to set this up right...

Oh! One other thing.... if you do make the upgrade, change out your diamond wires from 1/8th inch to 5/32 inch.....

Your mast will thank you later.

I would say most boats 5.5 to 6 meters use the torndao sized pole which is 13' 2"
most use either 1.5" or 2" OD pole

Thanks for the replies guys i have been given a f18 spin, launcher and a windsurfer mast, nobody has seen fit to give me a I20 yet!!!
