A decent way to use up excess epoxy...if you line the tube carefully with one layer of the clear tape, the very tight initial fit should then be perfect.

Bob, thanks for taking time to document your end caps. I'm sure the recipe will help other Nacra/Prindle owners.

I hope you don't mind but I've created an album in Beachcats Technical with your pictures and descriptions under your username. You have full control over the album if you'd like to edit or add anything, a picture of the final product installed on the beam would be great.
