The Nacra Inter 18 being an F18 class boat does that mean any F18 jib would fit?

Thanks,

Yes and no. The jibs are cut a little differently, up to 2" differences in luff length between manufacturers. For a practice sail it shouldn't matter.

The biggest thing would be luff length which shouldn't be any issue and making sure you have enough room between the foot and the self tacker which would be pretty easy to shorten by any sailmaker.
If you're looking for a new jib I would be willing to sell you my C2 jib for a good deal. It's in very good condition.
I'll be in Kingston for Canadian F18 Nationals in August.

Thanks for the offer but I need it sooner since mine is not usable anymore.

The boat doesn't have a self-tacking system and I sail only for pleasure, no races.

While I haven't seen a non self-tacking jib for an F18, I'm certain that you wouldn't want a self tacker jib on your boat. I don't think any of the current F18 jibs would be desirable.

I've just ordered a new jib for the boat.

Thank you all for your help.
