I am looking for a Hobie 16 manual where I can see the photographs clearly. I am pleased that Hobie.com has the manual for download on their website, but the photographs are really muddy.

Thanks,

A

i had purchased a h16 and h18 manual back in the day when i owned each boat (10 years ago for the h16) and the printed versions were not very good at all either. i doubt they are any better than a pdf from the hobie website... probably the same or worse (degradation from the mass printing methods used)

Why catamaran manufacturers don't use "You tube" I'll never understand. They do use it to promote a new cat, but why not use it to show newbies how to:

Rig a cat
Tune a cat
sail a cat

A video is WAY better than a diagram or written instructions.

Here's a manual in .pdf format. The pics are much clearer and it's multilingual.

It's not so easy to watch a video at the beach.. you can carry a manual.
