De-laminated prindle 16

the side on one of the hull of my prindle 16 is de-laminade and it crack to the top were is connect to the deck .
the de-lamination is covering almost all side of the hull and the fibre glass behind is soft .
How can I fix it ?

Look for a newer set of hulls, it can be very dangerous if you sail in the ocean. We have had 2 boats break up due to similar problems while sailing off South East Florida. There is an old expression 'IF THE HORSE IS DEAD, GET OFF'
