Done! Did it on my phone and don't seem to be able to adjust the forum order on mobile, I'll put it in order later.

Pretty busy this week entertaining guests in Florida this week. Yesterday was the Strawberry festival, the day before out on Siesta Key and tonight I smoked a turkey for family and friends.  Hopefully get more time to test the forum soon as things settle down. Chaos is becoming my middle name. Retirement is tough.

@westmatt Let me know what you would like for a description of the new San Diego forum.

Sorry for the double post. I was using quick reply on Google Chrome and did not get confirmation of the post, so hit "add reply" twice.

There is a lag time for a post to appear on the forum after hitting add reply and if the add reply is clicked more than once, multiple duplicate posts are  the result. Probably need the software to reject duplicate posts within a 30 seconds, or a dialogue that the post is processing.

Thank you, that kind of thing is why I need lots of testing before I open the sites to hopefully lots of activity.

Most likely two reasons for the slow posting. First, since the site is still under development, I have all types of caching turned off. Second, the site is running as a sub-domain of the active site and on the same server, which is not optimized for the software used by the new site.

I've been waiting to move this new site on to a better web server until I was sure the move was really happening. I think we are there and may go ahead this weekend.

I still have an issue where I cannot login from my phone but can from the desktop browser.

We are finishing up a commercial project this weekend so I will not be able to reply in a timely matter.

Once you have the new tab, and you were already logged in on another tab, what happens if you refresh the page? Does the new tab then show logged in?

I need to investigate that. Can you send me screenshot of what happens when you try to login? 

Does anyone else have trouble with login on mobile? Everything on the site should work on all devices.

@tominpa That all looks correct, the email link got you to the right place. If you weren't already logged in on your phone then you would need to login. Note: some mobile email clients like to open links inside their own environment, not on your mobile browser, so their system doesn't know you are logged in since cookies aren't shared with them.
