I'm posting with Chrome on Windows 7 no problem, but I have heard of an issue with form submission with some versions of Chrome.

Try going to
chrome://chrome/
in your Chrome browser to check if you are using the latest version.

Or click on the tools icon then choose
About Chrome to check.

Let me know what you find.

Chrome has worked fine for me. I think most versions update automatically.

Everything is up to date. When I try and Submit or preview I get a popup window that says:

The page at www.thebeachcats.com says:
Error! Illegal JSON response:
SyntaxError: Unexpected token

It goes on from there but I can't copy it. All I can do is close the window and close the tab for www.thebeachcats.com, only the tab with thebeachcats locks up, the rest of chrome works fine.
Reboots don't help. Looks like it's java related.

Please restart your browser and try again. I've made a couple of small changes that might help. This glitch has evidently been solved in Chrome but for some reason people still have the problem.

Let me know,

Fixed on this end.
Installed new 512gb SSD and complete re-install.
Love the speed and fast boots.
Don't waste any more time on this issue.

I need a sailing fix now.

Thanks for letting me know, as far as I can tell this is a pretty rare bug.

When pressing quote or edit or just trying to post an answer in a thread. I get the json error.

But when i reload the page and press the button really fast it works...

The problem I had was due to using an ad blocker, when I want to reply to a thread, I turn the ad blocker off.
