I found the info on a Facebook page or the eastern F18 site. I will go find it. You going to drive down for it?

Have not been able to find much on the Joe Mag other than the dates. Will definitely be at Roton probably with
the Nacra 6.0

The best info is on facebook "Joe Manganello Memorial Regatta", out of date at the moment but will be up to date soon.
This is a fairly low key event, we get 8-15 F18s, 5-10 Open class boats.
Joe taught myself and many others that still participate to sail over 30+ years, absolute legend.
The website www.nensa.org is slowly being updated after being recovered from some hacks.
The only active fleets are F18 and A Cats, and F18s are the only traveling group within New England. Best to check the USF18 schedule for events and see what are open to other boats besides F18s. We do want to make a push to get more open boats but it's been tough lately. There are some other open events in the Northeast, most popular being the New England 100 in Newport, RI.
