This Alpha Cat 20 for $1k seems like a sweet ride for a grand as well...

Windspeed 15, very average boat, very few made, no parts available. Alpha 18 looks sweet but is not fast and is firehose in the face going to weather. Stick with proven winners: H-18. P-18, N 5.2. Pete
