Does anyone know what to do about replacing the foam that is on the port and starboard side bars? I can't seem to even find a part number for it. Any ideas?

There are two kits for that available in the Hobie catalog, page 11 in the trapeze section.
One is a carpet kit and the other is made of neoprene.
If you don't have a local Hobie dealer (support your local dealer), call Key Sailing at 877-932-7272 to order.
If you don't have one, you can download the entire Hobie Catalog as a 12Mb acrobat file.
