I've been lurking for a while now, but I just purchased a '79 H18 in San Jose today so it is time to start posting. White hulls and orange sails. I spend a lot of time up by pinecrest lake in the sierras and had been looking for a H16 for a while for my boys and I to play with, but ended up buying from a friend whos Dad was no longer sailing his 18.

I get to pick it up tomorrow, then it will be time to clean it up and figure out what I need to replace as it has sat for the last two years. I'm sure once it shows up I'll have a number of newbie questions and thank everyone in advance.

First question, where is a good place to get wings?

Thanks

Congratulations on the new boat! I think you'll really enjoy your H18. As for wings, I'd look at craigslist, or maybe ebay. This site has a good classifieds section too, but it looks like there aren't any H18 wings on there at the moment.
