Hello all, I am a bigger guy (250) and am considering an F16 for racing. I really struggle with finding a crew. So getting an F18 seems out. However, if I had a regular crew, that would be the way to go. Which F16 has the most buoyancy and will tolerate my weight the best? I am in MN, So I'll likely have to travel to WI to race it. Although have just learned about the White Bear group.

Thanks
Dave

Dave,

Nothing wrong with what you have, one of the best - a Nacra 6.0 is fabulous!

My Viper has a lot of buoyancy up front, we've driven the bows pretty deep and been ably to recover. I've never driven a Blade or Falcon, so my info is pretty one sided haha. The Blades I've seen appear to have a smaller bow than the Viper, and it seems as if I've read they may be a little more prone than the newer boats. I could be wrong on that though.
