Almost sailing again! Relocated to Bradenton, FL, Supercat 17 sitting in the driveway, now I just need a weekend at home and some wind and I'll be back out there after too many years! 😀

Which leads me to my question: what websites or apps do you guys like for wind conditions? It would be great to get tide, wind and wave reports and forecast all in one spot. Let me know what you are using!

With that I take it your close to Sarasota Airport… if so use their system for forecasting… go here

http://www.aviationweather.gov/adds/tafs/

Type in KSRQ and get the translated report… Note, these are UTC time so convert this to your local time…

For tide and waves try this...

http://www.surf-forecast.com/breaks/Perfect-Wave/tides/latest

And of course

Sailflow, wind alert, iwindsurf, ikitesurf - they are all the same company, just different branding for different markets. The data, forecasts, meters, etc are all the same.

very true but they are not the same as noaa weather forecast or other local forecasts. I know here in Dunedin they have an anemometer on top of SailHoneymoon's rental shack with a readout panel inside.

Cool stuff - thanks. I'm liking Windfinder right now, mainly because I like the Android app better than Windalert.
