this is a GPS Tracking o have on my phone we had 8 mph winds this day i had the boat up to 12.5knots we lapped the lake!
So i am still looking for others that have this boat? anyone out there it is a Fast 1000bls boat!

Thanks i will post videos also here, i was told by a 40 year hobie sailor that i am doing pretty good with her! I told him jokingly "I am trying to pass you! But he is on a Hobie 18 he is sooooo fasttt! Nice, lots of sails on your lake, makes for a nice afternoon. You may not be the fastest boat on your lake, but the most comfortable for sure! And I bet you can cruise by the larger monohulls no problem.
Get some more downhaul on that main, don't go crazy, just get all the wrinkles out along the mast.

Yes i have pulled down, but when i tuck in the main it pulls it out, Oh that is another problem i need to get a Swivel part for my main sheet top block, i have no idea what that part is called! My mainsheet block is always twisted! looks like sh it .. but we always chase the hobie guys or follow them around the lake! Some have cameras on their boats i try to get videoed but no one is videoing but me! The one guy has a GOPRO on his one hull but he hasnt been there for a while
Attach the top main block to the boom with a swivel snap shackle, makes it easier to attach/detach and also swivels.

My goal is to spank the HOBIES! now this is not easy because these boat FLY like hell! I am tweaking think figuring out this boat its gonna take time! But that is my goal! π Yes i know i am 1000 bls boat; but i have more water length more sail area it has to be the skipper! π
Maybe leave the beer ballast home?
got to drink while the spanking is in process! hahahah π

Well i think they only made 50 of these boats.
This weekend we had a quick storm blow in! I was out in 20 gusts but it was blowing 10mph my gps had me as 15 knots of speed not to bad when your sailing faster then the WIND! I love it I had my hull out of the water just a little bit... π My one Hobie friend had his camera , because i am always video them and i whine a little saying ""No one videos me"" hahhaa but he took me all day then at the end of the day he knocks his VIDEO CAMERA in the Drink! Dam such a good day tho!
