Yesterday was a great day of sailing on Oak Hollow Lake. I had the pleasure of helping my friend Curtis Crotts rig and launch his new Nacra 460. A very nice boat! The "new" steering is a quantum leap from the steering on my Nacra 5.0. I think it would transfer with little effort. Does anyone know if the steering on the 500 is that same as the 460?

A quick purvey of the parts from Nacra Australia shows the upper rudder system, Mark II to be the same for the 460, 500, 570. Ditto for the blades.

Thanks Ed. I confirmed it through another source as well. Mmmmm would be a very expensive conversion unless you found someone that crashed one of these boats and wanted to salvage some $$$ out of the steering. Anyone out there???
