Awesome year, and good looking trophies!

Tell us about your the club, you have a catamaran friendly yacht/sailing club? Those are kind of rare.

Thanks to all for your kind words. Here is the best place to find info. on my local club, Oak Hollow Sailing Club.

https://www.facebook.com/OakHollowSailingClub/

It's a friendly club with a mix of both multis and monos and we welcome everyone.

Good stuff !! Always good to hear of cat friendly clubs.

Do the monos & multis race together? What do you use for ratings?

I think you mean this:

It is in fact an AquaCat and he's shooting video from it with a hand held camera, not a GoPro.

We do mixed fleet racing so yes, the monos & multis do physically race together, same course and same start, but the results are separated for scoring and awards purposes. I have all but begged for separate starts in the last few years as it is very difficult to "mix it up" on the starting line as we have everything from the SunFish to Acats skippered by a wide spectrum of skill levels.

We use the Portsmouth handicap numbers as posted by US Sailing for scoring.
