I'm looking to meet up with other cat sailors on the Eastern Bay and Miles River. I'm located on the western shore of the Eastern Bay. I work from home and have some flexibility as to when I can go sailing. If there are other sailors that want to meet out on the water definitely let me know.

Where is Eastern Bay/Miles River?

Will do.
Miles River connects to the Eastern Bay which then connects to the Chesapeake. On the opposite side of the Chesapeake is the West River and a couple miles north of it is Annapolis.
