There is also a hobie cat in Caddyshack. It's only in a shot for a second when everyone is trying to get out of the way of Rodney Dangerfield's yacht.
The best sailing movie IMO is Captain Ron. How can you argue with logic like "If anything's gonna happen, it's gonna happen out there".

Last week i had the pleasure of sailing off of Chicago's Navy pier. I thought i was in Caddy shack! it was nutty every A hole with a boat was zinging past my dwarfed H18
