Hobie 21SC in Detroit - should I buy?

I've decided I want the 21SC but man are they hard to come by.... I found this one that's pretty rough but I'm sure it could be cleaned up reasonably well. Opinions?

I bet the wing sockets are all cracked if it sat uncovered multiple winters...
