I accidentally let my jib flog over the weekend and called EP for advice and possibly schedule a repair. Skip Elliott took my call and deemed it to be a simple repair and advised me to do it locally and that he would mail me some material for free to facilitate the repair. They did some work for me on a spinnaker a while back as well. Price and service were great. I'm very grateful!

Good to hear. I have also had very good experiences with EP.
Ditto for EP, and I'm the second owner of this older laminate sail. Sent me a patch of material for a batten pocket for free after validating the sail number. I, of course offered to pay, etc. first. They are definitely a class act.
Skip is definitely a great guy to deal with. Highly recommend him.
