I have a plane ticket I need to use before the end of April.

Any ideas on places in US, Mexico, Caribbean I could rent a cat and do some good sailing. Would really like to rent one for a few days and do some coastal cruising.

Thanks

jalex,

Check out Islander Watersports in the Florida Keys. One of the few places that are truly "beachcat friendly" in that area. Call Dennis Green, he has all kinds of beachcats, not just Waves like a lot of resorts.

It's on the beach in front of the Guy Harvey resort.

Thanks Damon, have stayed there a few times, only place Oceanside that would let me keep the Gcat with mast up. I live in Florida so it's not quite worth a plane ticket, good recommendation though. Always had good wind and weather

There's the Bitter End Yacht Club in the BVI's. I think all they have is Waves and Getaways.

+100 for Bitter End @ BVI. They have Sunfish, Lasers, Optis, and now kite surfing gear too.

Club Med Turks and Caicos has 16's.

Probably doesn't help you but good info for the community, Red Jacket resorts on cape cod lets you keep cat on the beach. Specifically the Lewis Bay location which is great for sailing.
