Something along these lines is what my friends Charlie and Hollie in Gulf Breeze are doing for their wedding. Only they are taking it to a whole nuther level by producing a full blown wedding regatta weekend.
Look in the calendar for the Off The Market Regatta being held at Key Sailing on beautiful Pensacola Beach (sound) April 21-22.

If I lived within a hundred miles I would go to this regatta just to help them celebrate. What a fabulous idea!
That is way cool! That's my "home" beach, where I learned to sail as a teen. My buddies and I camped on those spoils, never envisioning them as a setting for a reception. Just too cool.
