I have a 2008/9 Evo. On the top of the rudder head is a small hole where a fiberglass rod attaches. The rod has a small pin that inserts down into the tiller, holding the rudder down. Unfortunately the hole broke and the rod went overboard. I can repair the rudder head, but does anyone know where to get a replacement fiberglass rod?

Thanks for any help.

McMaster Carr sells basic fiberglass rods if that's all you're looking for.

Sounds like what the AHPC boats use. You should be able to source on from them. Try Jill and Red Gear Racing/Fun in the Sun, you can easily find them through a Google search.

You can see the rod on this picture of my boat..
