Use to sail on Crescent beach not really doable anymore. Any suggestions on places to put in at? Preferably beach lunching but ramp launching is doable.
I grew up in St Augustine and now live in Jacksonville. If beach launching in Crescent Beach is no longer doable I think you would have to go south to Ormond Beach or north to Vilano Beach (end of Porpoise Point Dr. 4 wheel drive required).
That said, I have rigged and launched many times at the Lighthouse City Park ramp at Salt Run or if that is too busy the ramp in Anastasia Island State Park which gives easy access to St Augustine inlet.
Alot of cats are now doing year round mast up storage on the beach between St Augustine Yacht Club and the ramp at Lighthouse Park. Last I heard it was free.
